We are a preferred provider for most insurance companies. We would be happy to call your insurance company to find out about your Chiropractic benefits. We will submit all insurance forms for you. If you are without insurance, we are a provider for Preferred Chiropractic Doctor Network, which makes Chiropractic care affordable. We accept cash, check, and most major credit cards.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice, so that we may offer the time slot to another patient. You will be charged a fee if we are not given sufficient notice.
